Staff achieves these goals by attending various school seminars, information sessions and educational events. This is keeping our staffs updated on new policies and programs that are being introduced to the schools.

Code of Ethics

The consultant agrees to strive always for the highest standards of service in all dealings with clients and their employees.

1. In promoting consulting services to prospective clients, the consultant agrees to:
   • Represent all experience, education, and services honestly and accurately;
   • Describe accurately the services being offered;
   • Honestly represent professional qualifications and affiliations;
2. In conducting training, the consultant agrees to:
   • Provide instruction only in those areas in which the consultant is well qualified;
   • Base instructional techniques on the best and most recent research and informed opinion;
   • Strive to meet the specific needs of both the participants and the client organization.
3. In dealing with materials prepared by participants or the client company in a consulting program, the consultant agrees to:
   • Consider all materials participants provide to be confidential;
   • Request and receive written permission before using any participant materials outside the consulting situation, and then protect the anonymity of the client organization and of the specific individuals unless given prior permission to disclose those names.
4. In dealing with intellectual property in all forms, the consultant agrees to:
   • Observe all relevant national and international laws, legal precedents, and best practices;
   • In particular, avoid illegal or un-credited use, in presentations and publications, of others’ materials.
5. In creating materials for a client, the consultant agrees to:
   • Provide clear, concise, readable copy which meets the needs of both client and intended readers;
   • Write copy in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards;
   • Be rigorously honest and accurate in representation of products or services when writing sales or promotional materials for any client;
   • Advise the client when written materials and practices of the client are not consistent with the ethical standards of the professional community.
6. If affiliated with an educational institution, the consultant agrees to:
   • Meet all obligations to the educational institution and to the students of the institution;
   • Meet the terms of any contract signed with the educational institution as they apply to consulting work;
   • Use facilities and supplies of the educational institution for consulting work only if the institution approves of such use and is adequately recompensed for it;
   • Avoid conflicts of interest and advise the client and the institution of any potential conflict.

Codes of Ethics While Rendering Service

• To give accurate information on foreign educational institute suitable to the students by learning their need accurately.
• To render advice which would assist the student in selection of appropriate educational institute in term of educational level and economic capacity of the student wishing to pursue study.
• It is required to make the service charge fully transparent and to issue receipt against the service charge.
• It shall not be allowed to involve in preparing false and fabricated documents nor shall it be allowed to render assistance or advice to that effect.
• It shall not be allowed to take the responsibility of, or to make the false arrangement of, TOEFL, IELTS and other linguistic matters.
• It shall not be allowed to mislead, startle and influence wrongfully.

Codes of Conduct Relating to Advertisement

The members must compulsorily follow the following codes of conduct relating to advertisement:

• It shall not be allowed to advertise in a manner to mislead or startle others.
• It shall not be allowed to intermingle pompous and irrelevant matters while making advertisements on education nor shall it be allowed to advertise such matters stating that native education will be provided.
• It shall not be allowed to advertise giving visa guarantee, I Twenty guarantee, job guarantee or admission guarantee and free scholarship nor shall it be allowed to advertise any matter of guarantee.
